Job Description
► Training organization and administration for the HRS countries including managing training ordering, event management, invoicing, and reporting processes.
► Prepare documentation and reports to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.
► Key contact partner for stakeholders and topic of expertise, proactively search for information regarding legal, governmental and tariff changes in Associate Development.
► Support the transition and implementation of new training processes and systems, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
► Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas
► Experience: Preferably you have 1-3 years of previous experience in a multinational environment
► Personality: You are detail-oriented and proactive. You have excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills
► Working practice: You can make decisions and select solutions self-sufficiently based on your analytical skill set, as well as coordinate across hierarchical levels in case of routine questions within the area of expertise
► Languages: You have advanced English and Czech/Slovakian skills (written and spoken)
