Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Director of Marketing!

Our Marketing function is at the heart of the Worcester Bosch brand – a powerhouse team with multi-channel
capability spanning brand, digital, customer loyalty, CX, events, insights, CRM, apps and more! We're
responsible for shaping how our brand shows up across the UK market to homeowners, installers, merchants,
and stakeholders alike. With a £10m+ annual budget, our remit covers everything from national campaigns to
strategic brand positioning. We work closely with the sales teams across private & domestic, projects & key
accounts, and merchant/distribution channels to ensure our go-to-market approach is fully integrated. While we
operate autonomously, we collaborate with central Bosch teams to uphold global brand standards and where
needed, challenge them. This role will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director and form part of the
senior leadership team, playing a key role on the UK board.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the strategic direction of all marketing activities across the Worcester Bosch brand, including digital, brand, communications, loyalty, events, PR, CX etc.
  • Delivering fully integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, CRM, website, e-commerce, email, social media, app development etc.
  • Managing a multi-functional marketing team with 40+ employees across various disciplines.
  • Shaping and delivering the annual marketing plan aligned to business goals, sales performance and future growth strategies.
  • Working closely with Sales, Product, Training and After Sales teams to ensure alignment of message and approach to market across installer, merchant and end-user audiences.
  • Acting as a brand leader and guardian by delivering innovation within the boundaries of global brand guidelines while being brave and disruptive in execution in a highly competitive and rapidly changing landscape.
  • Managing a substantial marketing budget (£5m+), ensuring ROI and effectiveness across all spend. Mapping and disrupting the value chain, utilising dynamic segmentation, targeting and positioning to deliver key objectives.
  • Working with Bosch global teams to align brand and digital strategy, ensure Bosch compliance and regulations, while influencing change to meet UK market needs.
  • Presenting marketing strategy and campaign results to key stakeholders from departmental teams to senior leadership and key customers with confidence and clarity.
  • Building and nurturing a high-performance marketing culture with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and customer insight.
