  • Oversee all aspects of event execution, including logistics, vendor management, speaker coordination, and on-site support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (content, design, digital) to create compelling event experiences and materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Field Marketing to align event content, speakers, and audiences with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Digital, and Communications teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and promotional amplification before, during, and after events.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in executive briefings, speaking engagements, and C-level customer programs.

Measurement and Optimization:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, including pipeline impact, attendee engagement, and lead quality.
  • Deliver post-event reports and debriefs with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Use data to iterate on event strategy, formats, and audience targeting.

Budget & Vendor Oversight

  • Manage budgets for owned events, ensuring high-impact execution within financial constraints.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee vendor relationships, including venues, production partners, and promotional suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate cost forecasting and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B event marketing, with at least 2 years managing direct reports or dotted-line contributors.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful trade shows and customer-facing events that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple simultaneous events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Eloqua, Tableau, and event tech platforms.
