Through deep integration with our European GTM teams, prospects, customers, and partners, you’ll use your unique expertise of the needs of European GRC programs to drive meaningful business outcomes by bringing innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and evangelize the product strategy and roadmap for the European market.

  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle through planning, development, and go-to-market activities.

  • Lead customer and market discovery to surface top challenges and identify product opportunities.

  • Leverage customer, market, and product data to uncover insights and inform product decisions and prioritization.

  • Work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams to design and validate product solutions.

  • Develop user scenarios, use cases, and localized requirements that can be translated into robust, scalable, and intuitive technical solutions.

  • Work closely with engineering and design partners to ship the product.

  • Define and track product success metrics, analyze feedback, and iterate.

  • Establish lighthouse EMEA customers, partnering with them to drive product adoption and build success stories.

  • Deep participation in Sales and Onboarding cycles to promote our product direction and provide implementation guidance to best achieve successful business outcomes for customers.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • 8+ years of experience in a product management role successfully leading product development from concept to launch of customer-facing B2B SaaS products.

  • Experience and knowledge with Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

  • Passion and experience in building great user experiences without complexity.

  • Technical fluency to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate product vision and strategy.

  • Comfort working in an enterprise environment as part of a larger product portfolio

  • Nice to have: localization experience adapting products for international product-market fit.
