Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. Our mission is to make wellness more accessible by empowering studios and wellness entrepreneurs to grow beyond in-person classes. We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage and scale hybrid wellness businesses—whether online, in-person, or both.
With Arketa, users can easily manage schedules, accept bookings and payments, build on-demand video libraries, host retreats, and run marketing campaigns via text and email. We also offer fully branded apps and websites, so studios can deliver a seamless, professional experience across every customer touchpoint.

The Role:
This role is perfect for an ambitious marketer looking to hone their product marketing skills, own projects from end-to-end, and shape the future of our marketing organization. This role is the third on the marketing team and will get to work closely with the Head of Marketing.
What You’ll Do:
Key messaging & positioning - Gain a deep understanding of our existing partners and target partners and contribute to the development of key messaging and positioning for multiple stakeholders
Growth strategy - Own growth strategies and develop a systematic engine that drives continuous business impact across the user journey. Create and advance a learning-agenda by taking a hypothesis-driven approach and constantly testing, learning, and iterating
Go-to-market support - Assist in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new channels and programs, as well as new product
Sales enablement support - Create email content, FAQs, product guides, and other resources that underline Arketa’s capabilities and value proposition
Subject matter expertise - Develop a detailed knowledge of the fitness industry and our stakeholders to inform content strategy
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies at a SaaS company, ideally B2SMB SaaS company
Tried and true core product marketing skills – differentiated product positioning and messaging, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaborator and driver of decisions – can communicate a clear strategy, own concrete deliverables, and motivate cross-functional team members with different focus areas
Experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to drive clarity and decisions, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
3 days a week in NYC office

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, we offer equity and performance-based bonuses as part of our total compensation package. We believe in compensating fairly and transparently, and we’re happy to provide more detail during the interview process.
