Job Description

Eagle Home Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented On Site Medical Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining all patient information into our electronic medical records system. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with potential for additional hours as needed.

What You'll Do:

- Enter patient information into electronic medical records system with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Review and verify all data for completeness and accuracy.

- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.

- Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely data entry.

- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.

- Keep current with all HIPAA regulations and updates.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth data entry processes.

Who You Are:

- You have at least 1 year of experience in medical data entry.

- You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- You are organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- You are familiar with medical terminology and procedures.

- You have a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
