To be considered, you should bring:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Technical Artist or similar role in game development
- Proven experience working on at least one shipped AAA or high-quality AA title (console, PC, or mobile)
- Familiarity with art pipelines for characters, environments, and props, and ability to optimize workflows
- Strong proficiency with scripting and programming languages such as C++ and C#
- Experience creating tools and shaders to streamline art production and enhance visuals
- Expertise in working with Unreal Engine and other game engines such as Unity
- Solid knowledge of 3D modeling software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max) and texturing tools (Substance Painter/Designer)
- Experience with rigging, skinning, and animation pipelines is a strong plus
- Understanding of performance optimization for real-time graphics on consoles and mobile platforms
- Good eye for artistic quality, lighting, shading, and visual effects
- Ability to collaborate closely with artists to balance technical feasibility with creative vision
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between artists, engineers, and producers
