Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of client projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure all project components are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects

• Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports

• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

• Identify and address project issues or delays in a timely manner

• Ensure that all projects are delivered with a high standard of quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
