Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems
Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain data confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Perform regular data quality checks and generate reports as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry
Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
