Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team in Denver. This role is vital in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases by inputting, updating, and verifying various data entries. If you excel at typing, organization, and working independently, this role is a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into internal systems and databases

• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity

• Perform regular data backups and archiving

• Identify and correct data entry errors

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry

• Generate routine reports as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles

• Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
