Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team in Montgomery, AL. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account details

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary

• Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly

Qualifications
