The Opportunity
At Airbyte, we’re building the future of data movement and we need a Marketing Designer who can bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You’ll be responsible for designing a wide range of marketing assets — from web pages and social content to ads, event materials, and everything in between. As a member of the broader Design team, you’ll be aligned with our design system to maintain visual consistency and uphold the Airbyte brand, but you’ll be embedded in the Growth team for your day-to-day work.
This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creative autonomy, and is motivated by results. You’ll be joining a startup with a strong design culture, clear brand foundations, and tons of room to grow in any direction you choose.
What You’ll Do
- Design compelling marketing assets including landing pages, paid ads, social media graphics, blog visuals, email graphics, sales collateral, conference booth designs, and more.
- Balance speed and quality to meet tight timelines while delivering high-impact, polished work.
- Contribute to and maintain the Airbyte design system and templates, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Own the visual execution of campaigns from concept to final asset delivery, collaborating closely with the Growth team.
- Collaborate with the broader Design team for feedback, inspiration, and support—but drive your projects independently day to day.
- Work closely with the Head of Growth for day-to-day project direction.
What You’ll Need
- 2–3 years of experience designing for marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills across digital and print marketing formats.
- Proficiency with Figma (and optionally Adobe Creative Suite) and a good grasp of responsive web and social design.
- Comfort working autonomously and managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—you can give and receive feedback and work fluidly with marketers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, a bias for action, and alignment with Airbyte’s values.
Location
- Onsite in San Francisco 3 days/week
Salary
- $105,00 - $125,000 base + a generous equity package, and benefits listed below for the U.S. market
