We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

As the Partner Marketing Leader for Adobe’s Enterprise Business, the role involves driving high-impact joint marketing programs with Global System Integrators (GSIs), cloud providers and strategic ISVs to accelerate customer adoption, revenue growth, and brand influence. This strategic position shapes go-to-market strategies, deepens partner engagement, and aligns Adobe’s marketing initiatives with GSI-led solutions across industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.

We are looking for a leader with expertise in enterprise B2B marketing and GSI partnerships that will enable Adobe to strengthen its market position through thought leadership, demand generation, and innovative joint solutions!

What you’ll do

Strategic Partner Marketing & GTM Execution:

  • Develop and implement co-marketing strategies that drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and solution adoption.
  • Integrate Adobe’s enterprise marketing initiatives with GSI business priorities and industry-specific solutions.
  • Lead joint go-to-market (GTM) plans, embedding Adobe’s solutions into GSI-led digital transformation offerings.
  • Drive thought leadership through executive roundtables, content development, and joint events.

Partner Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Adobe and GSIs, fostering cross-team collaboration across sales, alliances, and marketing.
  • Design customized marketing programs tailored to GSI business models, regional strategies, and customer needs.
  • Strengthen executive alignment between Adobe and key GSI collaborators.
  • Demand Generation & Performance Measurement:
    • Develop and implement integrated demand generation programs, including account-based marketing (ABM), digital campaigns, and events.
  • Collaborate with independent software vendors (ISVs) to expand sponsorships and audience reach.
  • Track and report marketing performance metrics, showcasing the impact of partner marketing on revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance data, partner insights, and market trends.

What you'll need to succeed

20 plus years of experience in partner marketing, particularly with GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, etc.), the candidate should have a proven ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with ISV and GSI executives.

A deep understanding of enterprise B2B marketing, partner ecosystems, and complex sales cycles is essential. The candidate should have a track record of implementing high-impact marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, alliances, and product.

Preferred qualifications include experience in enterprise software, digital experience, or cloud solutions, familiarity with Adobe’s product portfolio, and a background in account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, or industry marketing.
