We’re looking for a SEO Automation & Technical Specialist to help us build scalable SEO systems using automation tools and AI agents. You’ll work closely with our SEO and product teams to improve processes, optimize technical aspects of the site, and reduce manual overhead using tools like Make.com, n8n, Superbase/Airtable, AI agents, and more.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who loves both SEO and systems/process building — someone who knows how search engines work, and how to build smart automation that saves time and improves quality. Resourcefulness is the most important thing for this role.

Your daily activities as SEO Automation & Technical Specialist will be:

  • Support SEO team with technical tasks: audits, diagnostics, structured data, indexing.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Superbase, Airtable, Screaming Frog CLI, etc.
  • Set up and operate AI agents (based on GPT and similar models) to assist with keyword research, clustering, prompt generation, etc.
  • Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Ahrefs, Search Console) into automation pipelines and dashboards.
  • Monitor indexing, site performance, and canonicalization issues — and automate alerts.
  • Collaborate with developers to validate that SEO tasks are implemented correctly.
  • Help scale internal tools and contribute to the automation of SEO briefs, QA, and reporting.

You are best for this role if you have/are:

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of how websites and search engines work.
  • Comfortable with technical SEO: crawling, indexing, site structure, Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience with Make, n8n, Superbase, and basic API integrations.
  • Practical knowledge of Screaming Frog CLI, Ahrefs API, and/or Search Console API.
  • Familiarity with AI workflows (e.g., using GPT API or OpenAI via Make or n8n).
  • Bonus: experience with tools like Bolt, Cursor (or similar), or running prompt chains for internal use.
  • Not afraid to dive into a problem, test ideas, and build solutions.

Why this role matters:

Your first mission will be to help automate the full cycle from SEO brief creation to indexation monitoring. You’ll help us reduce manual steps and build processes that scale, powered by automation and AI.

We are glad to offer:

  • Strong employment status by working in a public regulated financial company within the top 15 worldwide.
  • Gain valuable on-the-job experience and ongoing training and development.
  • Professional and personal development in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Full-time, flexible remote work.
