Job Description

The Control4 Product Marketing Manager will support the growing portfolio of software releases, connected services, and customer lifecycle campaigns by executing go-to-market strategies and developing content that drives engagement and adoption. This person will work cross-functionally across Product, Education, Sales, Support, and Creative to bring new experiences to market and support long-term customer value. The ideal candidate has experience supporting SaaS or software launches and understands how to drive end user lifecycle engagement, from onboarding to renewal, to maximize product adoption, satisfaction, and renewal. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how we market, and support connected experiences across the Control4 brand. 

  

JOB DUTIES: 

  • Support go-to-market strategy and execution for Control4 software and services, including planning, messaging, positioning, and asset development  
  • Develop marketing materials for both integrators and end users that drive awareness, adoption, and understanding across multiple channels 
  • Support end-user lifecycle campaign planning and execution, from onboarding through renewal and win back 
  • Track and report on campaign and asset performance, surfacing insights that inform optimization and future planning 
  • Collaborate across functions and stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet expectations, timelines are clear, and messaging is consistent - supporting internal enablement as needed 

 

YOU MUST HAVE: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing or related roles 
  • Demonstrated success in launching or supporting go-to-market for software, apps, or connected services 
  • Experience partnering across functions and levels of the business, including working closely with creative marketing teams 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, to be a problem solver and to juggle numerous projects simultaneously 
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Undergraduate degree or technical discipline
