About the Role:
We’re seeking a Wholesale Sales Lead to drive growth across our boutique retail channel. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to blend relationship-building with data-driven sales strategy, owning the entire boutique wholesale process from first outreach to long-term partner success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the boutique wholesale playbook — develop target lists, design outreach cadences, optimize line sheets, and negotiate margins with boutique partners.
- Drive sell-in and sell-through performance — plan seasonal assortments, provide product training to store staff, and implement co-op merchandising programs or point-of-purchase (POP) kits.
- Analyze and report on key metrics — deliver weekly reports on door count, reorder velocity, and promotional calendars, identifying data-backed improvements to maximize retail partner success and growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the boutique or specialty retail space.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to translate sales data into actionable insights.
- Passion for brand growth and delivering exceptional partner experiences.
