About This Role:

The FMS Program Supervisor is responsible for interviewing, hiring and training new department coordinators, overseeing and leading the work of department coordinators, and implementing strategies and suggestions from the Program Director and Program Manager. A large focus on an employee-oriented department that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development, and high team performance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Human Services or related field, preferred, but not required; plus, two years of on-the-job experience in a related field. 
• 1 year of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must possess intellectual strength and have an understanding of internal systems needed to support department coordinators and new clients.  
• Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
