Job Description  
The Real Estate Coordinator – Real Estate and Lease Operations will provide critical support to the Real Estate team by ensuring the accurate and timely administration of lease and real estate documentation. This role supports day-to-day operational needs across Real Estate, Legal, Construction, Design, Insurance, and other internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing complex workflows involving contracts, reporting, and data entry. 

This role is based at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Support lease and real estate document management, including redlines, markups, correspondence, and delivery. Serve as an administrative resource to Real Estate and Legal teams. 
  • Maintain and organize lease documents, agreements, correspondence, and real estate records, both physical and digital, ensuring ease of access and version control. 
  • Provide direct administrative assistance to the leasing and real estate operations team. 
  • Ensure all deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups are met promptly. Track lease renewals, option dates, expirations, and communicate critical milestones to stakeholders. 
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between legal, real estate, construction, design, insurance, and other internal stakeholders to keep all leasing and real estate processes running smoothly. 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Posesses High School Diploma or related experience
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel 
  • Organization and time management skills 
  • Ability to document ideas, workflow, and issue resolution 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a dynamic team 
  • Commitment to supporting the Real Estate team
