Office Manager - Ollama
Job Description
Role
As Ollama’s office manager, you will:
Manage day-to-day operations of the office: opening, closing, welcoming guests and interviewees, managing mail and packages.
Design a clean, comfortable, fully stocked workplace (dishwasher cycles, vendor coordination, snacks, drinks, office supplies).
Plan and coordinate catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner that bring the team together while respecting dietary needs.
Host events—from smaller events on Friday evenings at the office to larger monthly meet‑ups with partners such as Google, NVIDIA, GitHub and more.
Handle conference logistics and sponsorships: travel, vendor coordination, booth materials, and itineraries.
